September 2009 The Monarch
In August Oma and Jack found a monarch caterpillar and decided to take it home . Oma purchased the caterpillar it's own cage and Jack watched as the caterpillar grew, made a chrysalism and hatched. We the let the monarch go! He has so much fun!
Your Monarch is just beautiful!! I bet your butterfly flew all the way to Mexico. Shall we search for Monarch eggs and caterpillars next August? I will be there again for 2 weeks...Can't wait.
